Reviews for this company are very good with happy customers heaping praise upon various named “iTechs”, although there was also mention of repairs taking much longer than anticipated
Quick Fix Tech Repair – This Company is located at 630 C St, San Diego, CA 92101, at 7TH St and C St in Downtown. Managed by Adam who has an “extensive background in computer and cell phone technology” the company was established in 2001. Quick Fix Tech Repair specializes in computer repair, including iPad 1,2,3,4, iPad Mini and iPad Air, laptops, desktops Mac and PC, cell phone repair, a range of peripheral repairs, networking, data recovery and virus removal. They are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 4,00pm and all repairs are covered by a 30 day warranty. Reviews are good with customers impressed and recommending them but their communications skills have been criticized by some
iRepair San Diego – Located at 2169 Fenton Parkway, San Diego, CA 92108 and 962 Eastlake Parkway, Chula Vista, CA 91914, the company was founded in 2010 by Chris Blossom in order “to help everyday people stay connected to their digital life”. iRepair San Diego specialize in Apple iPhone, iPod, iPad and computer repairs, using only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. They say that all repairs are carried out in front of you with same day fix in 30 minutes or less. iRepair San Diego, Fenton Parkway are open Monday to Friday 11.00am to 7.00pm and Saturday 11.00am to 6.00pm. The Eastlake Parkway branch is open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 7.00pm and Saturday 10.00am to 6.00pm. No independent reviews so far
Volt Mobile and Tech – this company is located at 4901Morena Blvd #308, San Diego, CA 92109 and market themselves as the “one stop shop for all your computer and mobile repair needs”, we particularly enjoyed their website reference to “scratchy screens”. Volt Mobile and Tech are the authorized dealers for Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile and T Mobile and they are open from Monday to Sunday, 10.00am to 8.00pm. Great reviews with happy customers giving descriptions such as “good guys” and “Awesome”
Dr Apple – Located at 549 H St, Suite B, Chula Vista, CA 91910 (across from Chula Vista Mall on the H St side) this company repairs Apple devices and uses only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Their website claims that repairs are carried out same day with a 30min – 1hr turn-around time and covered by a 6 month warranty. Their Chula Vista branch is open Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 7.00pm, Saturday from 10.00am to 5.00pm and Sunday 12.00pm to 5.00pm. They boast 100% customer satisfaction and although there is at least one unhappy review, most reviews are good to glowing
